These can be used in combat, but they are also used for various puzzles too.My 64bit version of Windows is not able to run the original installer available on the CD, but it is possible to install and run the game manually. The Force offers you different abilities such as pushing, pulling, and slowing down time. The lightsaber combat is very satisfying and there are different types, my favorite is the one that splits into two. You have a pretty expansive skill tree that covers both and gives you new moves as you progress. Your methods of attack are a lightsaber and the force. You can rest here which gives you your health back, but it does also cause enemies to respawn. It is far more challenging than you would think and there are checkpoints in levels, but if you die, you can lose all your progress, but you do at least get the chance to get back to where you were to get it back. It is a 3rd person action game that also has a bit of platforming, puzzle-solving, and a lot of combat too. If I had to compare this to another game it would be Uncharted or the new Tomb Raider games. Of course, you cannot have a Star Wars game without an epic music score and sound effects and this game has them both. Kal is great as the lead, but the whole cast here truly does a wonderful job.
In addition to looking great, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order has some of the best voice acting that I have heard in a Star Wars game. I know it is cool to knock on EA, but they truly went all in with this game and it certainly shows in the presentation. It features some great locations with my personal favorite being Dathomir. It just has that Star Wars feel to it that I love.

This was one of the best-looking games to be released in 2019 and it was just recently re-released for the PS5 and Xbox Series X with improved performance and sharper graphics.

If you are a Star Wars fan there is no way that you will not get fully invested in this story! The Movie We Always WantedĪ huge part of the reason that Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order nails the story is because of how amazing the game looks. This sets him on the run from the Empire, but also, he embraces things and starts to complete his Jedi training and also tries to rebuild the Jedi order. Kal who has a very troubled past is just trying to blend in and get by when he is forced to reveal himself. The Jedi are being hunted down by two evil and brutal Inquisitors and they come across young Kal. You play as Kal Kestis who is a young Padawan that is in hiding after the events of Revenge of the Sith, the timeline for this game is in-between that and a New Hope. Talking about a game like Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is tough because I want to go on and on about how great the story is, but I also feel that the story is the best part of the game so I do not want to spoil it for you guys. It tells an all-original story with some fantastic characters and I think I would even make the argument that the story this tells is better than what we got in the more recent movies. This game is incredible and when it was released back in 2019, it was pretty high on my game of the year list. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is the best thing that EA did with the Star Wars license.
